If you or your family would like to rent an affordable apartment home at one of Nelson & Associates’ properties, please contact a property staff member at the property you are interested in. When you call, a  representative will assist you with the application process and discuss current availability for homes at that property. Please note that many of our properties are in high demand and have waiting lists.
